This summer’s biggest night of Blues Rock as the Treasure Island Amphitheater presents a spectacular double bill of Grammy nominated, critically acclaimed, world-renowned performers Joe Bonamassa and Gov’t Mule.

Joe Bonamassa will play a vast set of songs including new songs as well as all of the fan favorites. His latest release ‘Breakthrough’ (2025) saw Bonamassa pick up his 5th Grammy nomination, in the category for ‘Best Traditional Blues Album’.

The set list is expected to feature songs from ‘Breakthrough’ as well as ‘Time Clocks’ plus songs from his previous releases. Joe Bonamassa is the Blues Master with the most #1 albums on the Billboard Blues Chart with 29 to his name. He has also received 15 Blues Music Award nominations with 4 wins, including the prestigious B.B. King Entertainer of the Year award. 

Gov't Mule

The core four-piece lineup consists of Grammy show-stopping guitarist and singer, Warren Haynes and a rhythm section of Matt Abts on the drummer, Danny Louis on keyboards, and Kevin Scott on bass. The legendary Southern Rock Jam Band was originally formed in 1994 by Haynes and The Allman Brothers Band members as a side project. Today Gov’t Mule are one of the most successful, longest running, and most influential bands to still be making music today. Their most recent release, Peace…Like A River (2023) received a Grammy nomination for Best Traditional Blues Album.

The new release features the songs “Hanky’s My Name” and “I Am The Man” in addition to a live version of “Jazz Solo” and a studio version of “Stevil” – a cover of the song “Edge of Seventeen” by Stevie Nicks which was featured on the album Revolution Come… Revolution Go (2018). Gov’t Mule have been nominated for 15 Blues Music Awards with 4 wins, and were awarded the prestigious B.B. King Entertainer of the Year award in 2018.
